Deb Brown – Entrepreneur Debbie Brown was born and raised in Mansfield, Ohio, and graduated from Malabar High School in 1983. After graduation, she married her husband, Martin Brown. Debbie has been in the floral and design business for over 15 years and opened Enjoy! In November, 2005. Her customers are considered her family and she knows everyone by name. Debbie has assisted customers with weddings, births, anniversaries, birthdays, and deaths, and admits she has laughed during these times of joy but also cried during times of sorrow. Enjoy! is a full-service floral shop that also carries one-of-a-kind, handmade jewelry, pottery, bath and body products, and much more. Debbie uses her creative talent to freely design floral arrangements and unique gifts for her customers. Enjoy! has won the Best Downtown Customer Experience Award in 2017 and the Christmas Window Challenge from 2017-2019. Debbie serves on the Ashland Main Street board, Christmas Parade board, and is a member of the Downtown Merchants Association. Debbie’s hobbies include interior design, floral arranging, and cooking. She and Martin are the proud parents of Molly, 36, Na- than, 31, and Nicholas, 29. They also have 6 grandchildren; Madison, 19, Parker, 12, Maxx, 11, Kayden, 11, Jaylee, 10, and Izzy, 4. Debbie cooks mostly for her husband and herself these days but loves making family meals throughout each year. She loves making curry, lasagna, and homemade pastas. She admits though that she prefers to cook meals and is not a baker. Cooking is an outlet away from work and relaxes Debbie. She enjoys cooking a meal one night and then using leftovers to create an entirely different meal the next. 205
